Role Overview
As a Client Sales Representative, you will convert warm leads into booked appointments for high‑value cosmetic dental treatments on behalf of our clients. This outbound‑focused role is ideal for a proactive, sales‑oriented professional motivated by personal growth, thriving under pressure, and passionate about continuously improving their skillset. You’ll make high‑volume calls, uncover patient goals, provide tailored recommendations, and confidently secure bookings with deposits.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 90+ outbound calls daily to connect with warm leads who have requested a consultation.
- Conduct in‑depth discovery calls to assess patient needs, pain points, desired outcomes, and clinical history.
- Provide transparent information on treatment options and pricing, securing deposits to confirm bookings.
- Deliver detailed patient reports to clients, ensuring their teams are fully equipped for every consultation.
- Record call outcomes in our software and provide feedback on lead quality and engagement.

Taking on managerial responsibilities, including onboarding and training new CSRs.Regularly collaborate with the management team to improve systems, processes, and workflows to drive greater efficiencies and success.Working closely with the development team to provide feedback on our software, helping shape its evolution to enhance lead conversion and performance.Requirements
