The Role : Customer Success Manager
This is a pivotal dual-role opportunity : part inbound sales closer, part team leader. You'll own the full inbound sales funnel from lead qualification to negotiation and closing, while inspiring and guiding a high-performing client services team across South Africa and the UK. You'll lead with empathy and commercial edge, ensuring every client interaction results in exceptional outcomes. As a key player in shaping how the customer function scales, you'll also contribute to process optimisation, strategy, and team design.
