Job Description
The Trainer Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Regional Training of allocated Pedros stores. The role involves managing a team of highly skilled trainers and ensuring that the Standard Operating Procedures are maintained.Duties and Responsibilities :
Conduct training sessions on preparation of foods as per our Standard Operating ProceduresSupport, mentor, and upskill trainees and new employeesPromote efficiency and improve skills of employeesKeep attendance and training records and registersMonitor employee performance and response to trainingConduct performance evaluations and identify areas of improvementProvide daily updates on training areas done daily in-storesWork within a team and drive the restaurant / take-away forwardAssist in New Store openings – supporting the teams through constant mentoring and coachingAssist the Training Department with Adhoc Training tasks and projects within PedrosDoing presentations to the target audience for all Pedros Training Modules and SOP'sSign off Manager Trainees throughout the regionTrack daily reports posted on WhatsApp groups from Manager & Skill Trainers. Raise concerns as they ariseTake charge of Gross Profit & GRV training / trouble shooting for new & existing storesFull accountability of the training team within the Training Management groupCoordinate for new stores staff quantities, training stores, weekly training updates and complete sign offs one week before store opening. Portfolio Of Evidence must be filedRequirements :
Restaurant and Fast Food Service experience. Minimum 10 years related experience requiredOperations experience will be advantageousGood verbal and written communication skillsOrganisational and time management skillsAttention to detailBe prepared to go the extra mileMust be computer literate and must be able to write professional reports from time to timeMust have own reliable vehicle & mobile phoneGood Gross Profit / Cost Of Sales / GRV knowledgeExperienced to design, develop, implement, maintain, support or operate a particular technology or related application, product or serviceGAAP / MICROS knowledgeClosing Date 21 November 2025
