Business Development Representative (Commission-Based) | Recruitment Agency

Saleslogic City of Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa

We are a well-established Recruitment Agency, founded in 2006, with strong expertise in Sales & GTM recruitment across the SaaS, Tech, and IT sectors. Our clients include high-growth startups and scale-ups across the UK, USA, and beyond. We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join us on a commission-only basis and help drive our business development efforts.

What you’ll do

Cold calling prospects across the UK and USA
LinkedIn outreach to decision-makers in SaaS, Tech, and IT
Running email campaigns and follow-ups
Booking meetings with potential clients for our leadership team

What we’re looking for

Previous experience in sales / business development, ideally in recruitment or B2B services

Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting

Strong communication and persistence

Self-motivated and results-driven
