Applicants are required to meet the following criteria :
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (or studying towards one)
- Minimum 12 years accounting experience with exposure to administration
- Good understanding of accounting principles and basic payroll processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with accounting software Xero Accounting
- Strong organisational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
The s uccessful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to :
Accounting Support
Assist with daily accounting functions (capturing invoices, reconciliations, petty cash, general ledger updates)Assist with month-end reporting and preparation of supporting schedulesProvide support during audits and tax compliance processesPayroll & Employee Support
Assist with payroll-related functions such as leave management, overtime records, and staff queries (not full payroll processing)Administrative Functions
Draft and prepare business correspondence, letters, and internal CommunicationManage and update training records for staffSupport management with document preparation, filing, and record-keepingGeneral office administration to ensure smooth day-to-day operationsSalary : Market related
