Our client is seeking to employ a seasoned Internal Technical Sales and Ops Executive to join their branch in Massacar, Cape Town. The ideal candidate will come from the steel industry and have knowledge of Logistics and freight forwarding. Experience working with foreign countries is needed (Namibia, Congo, Mozambique, etc).

Main Responsibilities :

• Sales and Marketing to both local and foreign clients
• Processing customer invoices, checking on pricing and quantities of supply / stock to ensure fulfilment of orders
• Management of operations and ensuring SLA's are adhered to
• Ensure excellent customer service at all times
• Add value in the supply chain by engaging with suppliers
• Processing of supply invoices for payment
• Debt collection
• Occasional travel to client meetings

Minimum Requirements :

Salary on offer : R40 000 - R50 000 CTC per month (slightly negotiable)

Job Opportunity at 1Nebula :

This is a fixed-term contract role for 12 months based in Cape Town. The main purpose of this position is to provide effective service delivery to clients of Nebula. Secondly, to ensure that all service requests and incidents are resolved expeditiously, with a high level of expertise and professionalism to the complete satisfaction of the client.

What You will do within this role (Your key responsibilities) :

Achieve all project timelines implemented by Nebula or the Client.

Knowledge Management

Continuous technical knowledge development, within the telecommunications field, by devising an active and deliberate plan of research and active study.

Product Development

Provide input relating to new offerings in the market.

Design and Architecture

Provide input into the development and design of telecommunications systems and infrastructure

Recommend areas in which the systems can be improved on site to secure costs savings for the client or additional value adds

Vendor Interaction and Administration

Provide regular reports pertaining to vendor deviations and variations

Asset / Site Data Management
