The Distribution Planner II is responsible for executing effective daily routes for Distribution Centre's (DC's) using available routing tools. The role focuses on achieving distribution KPI targets while maintaining customer service and productivity expectations for the DC.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Set‑up & maintenance of inter‑related system platforms (SAP, WinRoute, SharePoint)
- Implement SAP master‑data protocol
- Maintain WinRoute planning database, optimise settings, and ensure governance for all master data
- Maintain WinRoute road‑network database with correct speeds from maps
- Utilise planning systems to create daily distribution load plans according to KPI targets
- Manage and plan today’s loads to maximise daily volume capacities
- Plan distribution load plans for multiple depots within prescribed time frames as required
- Execute load plans and provide constructive feedback to drive improvement, driver & short‑cycle feedback
- Engage daily with on‑site Expeditors on load plan execution
- Engage daily with DC teams regarding planning instructions
- Clear and maintain SAP T2 platforms
- Lead core project work such as driving LCP improvement and implementation
