Strategy Consultant

Job Purpose

The Strategy Consultant is a member of the Strategy Function, a shared capability supporting the entire Hollard Group and its partnership businesses.

Responsibilities

The Strategy Function is responsible for :

• Providing the Group with market intelligence, strategic insights and corporate performance measures
• Facilitating and aligning strategy formulation and execution across the Group
• Incubating new business opportunities

Additional responsibilities include supporting strategic initiatives across the organization and ensuring alignment with corporate goals.

Reporting

This role reports to the Group Head of Strategy, who reports to the Group Executive : Strategy and Synergies.
