Core Skills and Responsibilities :

  • Configure and set up the SAP Case Management (CM) system to meet business requirements
  • Conduct functional analysis, design, and implement effective SAP CM and PSRM solutions
  • Lead solution implementation, testing, and deployment activities
  • Prepare and maintain Functional Specifications and related documentation
  • Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and present system solutions
  • Perform system testing, validation, and end-user training to ensure successful adoption
  • Support project execution, troubleshooting, and post-implementation reviews

Mandatory Requirements :

  • 8+ years of SAP experience
  • Proven SAP PSRM Case and Records Management experience

    • Requirements

    Qualifications Required :

  • SAP Case Management (CM) Certification

    • E xperience Required :

  • Minimum of 8+ years of SAP experience
  • Proven experience with multiple SAP PSRM Case and Records Management implementations (e.g., DAMS)
  • City of Cape Town SAP PSRM Case and Records Management & DAMS experience will be highly advantageous

    • Other Requirements :

  • Prior local government experience will be beneficial
  • Strongly recommended that the candidate resides in Cape Town
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
