Job Description
Core Skills and Responsibilities :
- Configure and set up the SAP Case Management (CM) system to meet business requirements
- Conduct functional analysis, design, and implement effective SAP CM and PSRM solutions
- Lead solution implementation, testing, and deployment activities
- Prepare and maintain Functional Specifications and related documentation
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and present system solutions
- Perform system testing, validation, and end-user training to ensure successful adoption
- Support project execution, troubleshooting, and post-implementation reviews
Mandatory Requirements :
8+ years of SAP experienceProven SAP PSRM Case and Records Management experienceRequirements
Qualifications Required :
SAP Case Management (CM) CertificationE xperience Required :
Minimum of 8+ years of SAP experienceProven experience with multiple SAP PSRM Case and Records Management implementations (e.g., DAMS)City of Cape Town SAP PSRM Case and Records Management & DAMS experience will be highly advantageousOther Requirements :
Prior local government experience will be beneficialStrongly recommended that the candidate resides in Cape TownExcellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsRequirements
