BESS Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BESS Specialist to join our innovative team. In this critical role, you'll play a vital role in the development, implementation, and optimization of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).

Duties & Responsibilities

• Design and simulate complex BESS solutions that can meet various requirements, not only backup systems, but also arbitrage, peak shaving etc. (Beneficial software knowledge : Homer and PVSyst)
• Assist the BESS team with site evaluations and proposals to the sales team for custom BESS solutions
• Research and evaluation on new products and Solareff partnership strategy
• Provide training to sales team and prospective clients on different BESS solutions provided by Solareff
• Assist and train project engineers with high-level design of BESS solutions
• Assist and train project engineers with commissioning of new BESS systems
