We are looking for Solution Architects

Initial Contract Duration : 24 months

Renewals : Up to 3 annual extensions based on performance

Required Functions, Skills, and Technology Capabilities

Programming

  • Python, Java, C# (.Net Core & Framework), Angular, Blazor (with MUD Extensions, mudex, codebeam, Radzen), Visual Basic, React, Node, MVC, WinForms, Yaml, Web API, SOAP web services, PowerApps, Azure DevOps

CI / CD Tools and Methodology

  • Jenkins, GITLab, Azure DevOps

    • Cloud Platforms

  • Primarily Azure (AWS experience is beneficial)
  • Resource management (Azure Portal, CLI, PowerShell, ARM templates)
  • Troubleshooting (VNets, subnets, VPNs, ExpressRoute, Azure Firewall)
  • Managing Azure AD, RBAC, Conditional Access, MFA, storage solutions (Blob, file shares, storage accounts)

    • Infrastructure as Code

  • Terraform, Bicep, Python, Shell or PowerShell
  • Configuration management, version control (Git / DevOps)
  • Automating deployments (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)

    • Monitoring & Logging

  • Azure Monitor, log analytics, application insights

    • Cloud Data Solutions

  • Big data tech (Apache Spark, Hadoop, Databricks, Hive)
  • Azure Data Lake, Data Ingestion & ETL (Azure Data Factory, Apache, Kafka)
  • Data modeling, storage formats (Parquet, Avro, ORC, JSON, CSV)
  • Metadata management, lineage, cataloging
  • Integration with BI tools, ML platforms, external APIs
  • Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, orchestration tools)

    • Networking & Firewalls

  • Troubleshooting, understanding IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewall basics

    • Security & Compliance

  • Secure coding practices, secure login flows (OAuth2, JWT, RBAC / ABAC)
  • Data encryption & protection, DevSecOps integration (Azure DevOps)

    • Database Management

  • MS SQL, database design (normalization, indexing, constraints, relationships, ER diagrams)
  • Stored procedures & functions, performance tuning, ETL, shell scripting for automation

    • Data Analysis & BI Tools

  • PowerBI, Tableau, SSRS, R, shell scripting, Python
  • Reporting integration, SQL querying and optimization, paginated & interactive reports

    • UI / UX Development

  • Design heuristics, cognitive load optimization, visual hierarchy, platform-specific UI, Figma, Adobe XD, style guides, UI responsiveness, wireframing, prototyping

    • Digital Media & Collaboration

  • SharePoint Online & MS Teams, permissions, lists, libraries, policies, MS 365 management, PowerShell, PowerAutomate

    • Troubleshooting & Support

  • ITIL Framework, hardware / software / network issue identification, OS familiarity (Windows, Windows Server), ticketing systems (ServiceNow), remote support tools (Intune, RDP, Citrix), user account management
