Qualifications

  • 2+ years of B2B sales development or appointment setting experience
  • Excellent English communication skills with clear phone presence
  • Experience with CRM systems and lead management processes
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting monthly meeting quotas
  • Ability to work during US business hours for real-time lead response

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in coaching, consulting, or the education industry
  • Familiarity with high-ticket sales processes ($5K+ deals)
  • Experience with social media outreach and DM campaigns
  • Background working with entrepreneurs or small business owners
  • iPhone access for seamless text messaging integration
  • Responsibilities

  • Contact inbound leads within minutes of form submission via phone and text
  • Qualify prospects using company methodology and discovery frameworks
  • Schedule qualified appointments for founder-led sales calls
  • Follow up with leads through multiple touchpoints across 7-14 day sequences
  • Maintain detailed CRM records and provide weekly pipeline reports
  • Conduct outbound prospecting to supplement inbound lead flow
  • Collaborate with the founder on lead qualification criteria and messaging optimization
