Junior Attorney – Technology & Commercial Law

We’re a specialist boutique law firm based in Sandton, working at the intersection of technology, commercial law, and intellectual property commercialization.

This role is suited to someone recently admitted (or soon to be), with a clear interest in technology law and commercial work. Our focus is on contracts, licensing, IP, data protection and advisory work for tech-driven businesses. Some relevant exposure in these areas – through articles, studies, or early work experience – would be beneficial.

This is a non-litigation role. Our work includes drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, advising on technology transactions, and supporting clients with privacy and compliance matters.

We’re a small, experienced team and we’re looking for someone who’s interested in building a long-term career with us. There’s room to grow here — both in expertise and responsibility — for someone who’s committed to developing in a specialised area of law.
