Job Description
Job Purpose
The Mobily Department, Western Cape Government has an opportunity for a suitably qualified and competent individual to execute administration and planning activities regarding fleet crashes, 3rd party claims, legal recoveries, losses, fraud, traffic fine and misuse management and human resources management.

Knowledge : Public Finance Management, 1999 (Act 1 of 1999); National Treasury Regulations; Provincial Treasury Instructions; Handbook for Government Motor Transport (Circular 3 of 2019); National Road Traffic Act, 1996 (Act 93 of 1996) and the National Road Traffic Regulations, 2000; National Traffic Information System (NaTIS); Administrative Adjudication of Road Traffic Offences Act, 1998 (Act 46 of 1998) and Regulations, 2008.
Skills : Proactive action thinking, leadership; problem solving and decision making; Proven computer literacy (Ms Office suite); Planning, organizing, time management skills; Problem solving and decision making; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to interpret relevant directives and policies.
Remuneration
All-inclusive salary package of R per annum (Salary Level 11)
Note on remuneration : Cost-to-employer (CTE) remuneration packages for certain occupation-specific dispensations (OSD), the middle-management service (MMS) and contract positions are inclusive of all costs related to service benefits or obligations including basic salary, 13th cheque, medical assistance, housing assistance, pension-fund contributions, etc. MMS remuneration packages are flexible and may be individually structured as prescribed. Where remuneration is not indicated as CTE, employees\' service benefits or obligations are funded or co-funded in terms of the applicable prescripts or collective agreements.
