Job descriptionMatric Certificate with Maths Literacy (minimum) 8-10 years' management experience in the motor industry Motor parts sales experience P&L and financial management experience Technical knowledge of automotive parts Strong Microsoft Office proficiency Stock management system experience (VISION, WOM advantageous) Excellent leadership and people management abilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Customer service excellence Budget and financial management ISO 9001 / 45001 knowledge (advantage)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all branch functions including sales, stock control, and team performance
- Drive financial performance and achieve monthly sales targets and EBITA goals
- Oversee P&L, budget management, and cost control initiatives
- Lead, coach, and develop a motivated team (sales, warehouse, admin staff)
- Ensure superior customer service and resolve warranty claims
- Implement quality management systems and maintain compliance standards
- Manage stock levels, purchasing, and supplier relationships
