Event Production Manager

Event Production Manager required in Johannesburg.

Requirements :

• At least 6-8 years of experiential production experience
• Experience owning, leading, and managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent project management, organizational, delegation, and prioritization skills
• Strong account and client management skills, with prior experience leading and managing client communications
• Strategic project-related decision-making abilities
• Proactive, solution-oriented, self-starter
• Ability to work collaboratively with creatives and other departments
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
• A minimum of 5 years Event Operations, Production, service industry experience preferred;
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite & Chase for costing or Trello
• Confidence to speak with clients and vendors with ease and authority;
• Ability to multi-task and problem solve;
• Ability to handle situations with grace and diplomacy; able to anticipate problems and present solutions quickly;
• Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
