The Role

Our client is seeking a Business Development Consultant to spearhead outbound sales efforts across the UK and US markets. This consultative, high-activity role involves making 100+ calls per day, booking qualified consultations, and delivering a compelling, value-led narrative tailored to each prospect's context.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 100+ outbound calls daily to generate new leads
• Schedule qualified discovery consultations with sales decision-makers
• Use Salesforce CRM to manage pipeline and daily activity
• Deliver persuasive messaging grounded in real-world use cases
• Employ a consultative sales approach to identify client pain points and demonstrate platform value
• Collaborate with marketing and sales enablement teams to refine outreach strategies
• Consistently achieve and exceed consultation booking targets
