Job descriptionStructure and present finance and insurance options to customers in a professional and customer-centric manner. Negotiate with banks, insurance providers, and other financial institutions to secure competitive rates and packages. Achieve and exceed monthly F&I targets and contribute to the dealership’s overall financial performance. Ensure full compliance with all legal, regulatory, and manufacturer requirements relating to finance and insurance. Maintain accurate records of all transactions, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to dealership management. Collaborate closely with sales teams to optimize the customer experience and identify opportunities for upselling F&I products. Train and mentor dealership staff on F&I processes and best practices. Fully qualified with a minimum of 3–5 years’ experience as an F&I Manager in the motor industry (experience with VW or premium brands advantageous). Demonstrable success in achieving F&I sales targets and maintaining high compliance standards. Strong negotiation skills with banks and insurance providers. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and customer service skills. Highly organized with strong administrative and reporting abilities. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Accounting / Financial Services jobs
