Overview
We’re Hiring : Accounts Assistant
An established company is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, accurate, and eager to grow their career in accounting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day accounting functions, including data entry and reconciliations
- Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and on time
- Maintain and update financial records and filing systems
- Support with month-end reporting and general ledger reconciliations
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as required
