The Operations Manager – Toilet Hire is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the toilet hire division within the company. This includes managing a team of staff, ensuring the smooth operation of toilet hire services, maintaining customer relationships, and implementing strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of toilet hire staff, including drivers, technicians, and customer service representativesSchedule and coordinate deliveries and collections of toilet unitsMonitor inventory levels of toilet units and suppliesDevelop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costsEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standardsHandle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional mannerMonitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess the division’s performanceDevelop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendorsPrepare regular reports and presentations for senior managementStay up-to-date on industry trends and developmentsRequirements
