Job description

Responsibilities

Understand business requirements, prepare AS-IS and TO-BE documents and obtain user sign-off for functional and / or technical design documents.
Proactively propose solutions to improve support of new business processes.
Provide business case input in terms of benefits and risks.
Prepare test data for testing of user stories; execute and / or support testing activities (unit tests, system integration tests, regression tests, user acceptance testing, security testing).

Essential skills

Functional and configuration experience in SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues / users (verbal and written).

Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain & Operations.

Strong ability to understand and interpret business needs and requirements; capable of moving concepts through to proposal and successful implementation.

Flexibility to take up different tasks in the project; willing and able to travel internationally.

Advantageous skills

Level 1 process integration knowledge across multiple SAP Modules.

Able to speak German.

Experience in SAP TM (Transportation Management).

Qualifications / Experience

3-6 years of DevOps (operations, configuration / development) experience in commercial and / or retail end-user IT applications.

Relevant SAP Functional Certification (EWM).
