This role ensures seamless coordination between departments driving operational excellence, cost efficiency, standardised operating procedures & processes, driving customer centricity & staff satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Developing, planning & implementation of strategies that align with business goals, promoting operational success, guest satisfaction & staff engagement
- Managing relationships with key stakeholders to understand the needs of current customers & devise & implement operational strategies
- Collaboration with departments across the company (revenue, marketing, sales, finance ++)
- Assist in setting financial targets & budget development & monitoring
- Monitoring the performance of operations using key metrics & reporting back to the senior management team
Requirements
South African national or valid work permitStart Date 1 November or sooner if availableBSc / BA / MSc / MA in Business Administration, finance or relevant field / or work experience equivalent10 years operational experience at a similar levelIn-depth understanding of contact centres, software used & data analysis.#J-18808-Ljbffr
