WHO ARE WE : A leading FMCG business in Africa.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR : A Construction Manager (Civil) to be based in Zambia who has previously worked within the African market.

WHAT WILL YOU DO :

Supervise all civil construction activities across all the sites within the group
Report site progress systematically and monitor contractor's performance
Use project management tools to monitor budget construction projects
Design system to monitor construction quality and make corrective action
Directly plan and execute construction works
Design smaller projects and execute with in-house teams
Should be familiar with costing of construction projects

WHAT DO YOU NEED :

Degree / Masters in civil engineering

10 to 15 years

Competent in :

Construction methods and quality control

AutoCAD literacy is a must

PMP certification is preferable, is an added advantage

Certified in project scheduling and management

Strong skills in managing site activities
