Production Manager

Dolce Vita Ice, an ice cream manufacturer based in Kya Sands, Randburg, is looking for a Production Manager to manage all aspects of the factory and facility. We make premium ice cream and supply retailers and the hospitality industry. We have been in business for 20 years.

Duties & Responsibilities

Stock control
Production planning
Food health and safety procedures and policies
Staff management (12)
Quality control
Machine maintenance

Desired Experience & Qualifications

University degree is a huge advantage

Age : 23 - 28 years old

Must live near the factory in case of emergencies

Experience in a manufacturing facility is an advantage

Experience in food health and safety procedures is an advantage
