As a leading Supply Chain Consultant, I partner with leading organisations across South Africa to find exceptional Supply Chain Managers. Are you ready to step into a high impact optimization role, managing end-to-end supply chain – procurement, distribution, warehousing, and planning. Drive strategy execution, logistics project plans, supplier management, and continuous improvement initiatives to deliver cost-effective, customer-focused results.

Education

Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering (Honours / Master’s a plus)

Certifications & Licenses

ECSA (Engineering Council of South Africa) registration or eligibility

APICS / CSCP, PMP / Prince2, or equivalent supply chain certification (advantageous)

Job Experience & Skills Required

6-8 years’ leadership experience in complex FMCG supply chains (e.g. SAB, Unilever)

Proven track record in process improvement, change management, ERP systems

Proven track record of working in complex supply chains

Background in continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence

Exceptional analytical, strategic, and project management skills
