What You'll Do :

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights and guidance to clients and candidates alike.
  • Drive the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all stakeholders involved.

    • What You Bring :

  • Passion for technology and a keen eye for talent, with at least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
  • Proven track record of success in sourcing and placing candidates in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and resilience to navigate challenges and seize opportunities in a dynamic market.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
