Role : Full-Stack Engineer (Remote)

Our platform allows clients to quickly target their ideal audience, run a survey, and view analytics in real-time. This technology is the backbone for our internal professional services team, enabling the world’s largest brands and fastest-growing startups to obtain thousands of results to their most impending questions in minutes.

Responsibilities / Role Requirements

We are seeking a Full-Stack Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience building production applications. You will be instrumental in expanding our core proprietary platform, focusing on enhancing performance, scalability, and user experience.

Technical Skills (Must-Have)

Core Stack : Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and ReactJS, demonstrated by at least 3 years of experience building production-level applications.
Cloud & DevOps : Experience building and maintaining cloud-native applications and proficiency with CI / CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
Code Literacy : Proficiency in reading and understanding source code as a primary form of documentation.

Key Focus Areas & Upcoming Projects

Implementation of Single Sign-On (SSO) using platforms like Auth0.

Adding new, advanced question types (e.g., MaxDiff) to expand survey capabilities.

Enhancing API integrations with audience providers.

Streamlining the user experience for self-service customers to simplify signup, payment, and research study creation.

Leveraging AI to streamline survey creation and data analysis.

Current Tech Stack

Backend : Node.js / TypeScript

Database : PostgreSQL

Cloud : Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Front-end : ReactJS, TailwindCSS

Deployment : Vercel, Terraform

Nice to Haves

Design Focus : UX design experience with a focus on creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.

Industry Exposure : Experience with research tools, survey data, or market research processes.

AI / ML Experience : Experience with AI / ML technologies, including working with large language models, implementing machine learning algorithms, and integrating AI services into applications.

Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create and maintain clear technical documentation.
