We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager with proven experience in the financial services sector. Key Responsibilities :

Financial Management : Oversee and manage the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and , ensuring alignment with business goals.
Financial Reporting : Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with IFRS and other regulatory standards.
Budgeting & Forecasting : Lead the budgeting process, developing comprehensive financial models and forecasts to guide business strategy and decision-making.
Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all financial activities comply with relevant regulations, including those specific to the financial services industry. Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure timely submission of required reports.
Internal Controls : Develop, implement, and maintain strong internal control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
Variance Analysis : Conduct detailed variance analysis, comparing actual results with budgets and forecasts, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
Cash Flow Management : Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring the company maintains sufficient liquidity to meet its operational needs and strategic goals.
Audit Coordination : Coordinate with internal and external auditors, ensuring the successful completion of audits and addressing any audit findings promptly.
Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Strategic Advisory : Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to the executive team to drive business growth and profitability.

Qualifications & Skills :

Certification : Qualified CA(SA) with 2-3 years of post-articles experience.

Industry Experience : Proven experience in the financial services sector is non-negotiable.

Technical Proficiency : Strong understanding of IFRS, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.

Analytical Skills : Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.

Leadership : Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing and developing a team.

Attention to Detail : High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially in financial reporting and compliance matters.

Communication : Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

ERP Systems : Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
