Job description

Minimum requirements:

Admitted Attorney, with at least 5 - 10 years' post-admission experience gained
Right of appearance in High Court appearance essential
Experience in managing court cases from inception to completion in Civil litigation
Derivatives as it relates to Business Law (Company Law; Commercial Law; Franchise Law; Labour Law; Civil litigation)
Enough expertise and confidence in topics to advise, consult and represent a client on at least 3 of the above is essential
Will be required to manage clients from inception to completion as and when matters are allocated to them:
- Opening files
- Consultations
- Drafting
- Billing (Deposits and invoices)
- Representation
- Constant feedback
Will be required to travel from home to the office; clients and legal forums as they deem fit to do service delivery Working from home is available if it is sensible in terms of service delivery
Should the Attorney be required to meet with Management, they will be instructed to attend at whichever location
Own vehicle, valid drivers license
Should reside within a 50km radius of Greenstone, Edenvale
Afrikaans/English proficiency
