The Specialist Contracts professional will possess a strong working knowledge of relevant policies and procedures, including tender processes, procurement policies, and master contracts, ensuring efficient and compliant contract administration. A solid understanding of statutory requirements, including the mine legal registry and legal policies, is also essential to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and best practices.
