We are looking for customer care agents for multiple campaigns within our call centre.Duties & ResponsibilitiesInbound calls from USA customers enquiring about purchasing and upselling the USA client's products.Customer care and administration support for Ecommerce company based in the USA.Handling inbound and outbound calls from USA-based individuals enquiring on blood test results.Minimum RequirementsAble to speak fluent English with a neutral accent.Matric (Maths and Maths literacy is compulsory)puter literate and able to type at least 20 wpm, without errors.Clear criminal record.Minimum 2 years work experience in a Call Centre Customer Care, claims or insurance sales.Additional Skills RequiredSelf-motivated.Able to work under pressure.Energetic and Passionate.Hungry for growth.Able to work shifts based on our client time zones (between 2pm to 12am).Package & RemunerationR10.00
