Job descriptionKnowledge of policies, procedures, regulations and legislation - an understanding of legal principles and ability to interpret legislation Knowledge of Company Law including The Competition Act, Companies Act, global data protection and anti-bribery, anti-corruption laws), general legislation and legal processes Knowledge of the requirements, implementation and application of FAIS, FICA and PoPIA Knowledge and understanding of financial services Intermediate to advanced level of computer literacy, including MS Word, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Power Point
Qualification :
- Local SA citizen
- Degree in LLB | Compliance | Risk Management or Business Administration
- Exposure to POPIA, FICA, Companies Act, King IV governance principles, or similar regulatory frameworks
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in this role
