Job descriptionDevelop : Build and manage Azure environments using Azure VMs, Blob Storage, Azure Functions, ARM templates, and Azure SQL; automate provisioning and deployment using Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and ARM templates. Deploy : Implement and manage CI / CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions; automate deployments and environment configurations across multiple environments using Azure Automation. Deliver : Monitor and optimize infrastructure for performance, security, and cost efficiency; troubleshoot production issues and implement improvements; implement and maintain logging, monitoring, and alerting systems such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights. A competitive salary package based on experience. Remote role (South Africa), with preference for Cape Town-based candidates. Exposure to cutting-edge Azure cloud projects and DevOps practices. What You'll Bring
- Deep understanding of Azure core services (Azure VMs, Blob Storage, Azure Functions, VNet, Azure Active Directory).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM templates).
- Proficient in CI / CD tools and automation frameworks (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Expertise in monitoring, logging, and alerting ( Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights ).
- Scripting and automation skills ( PowerShell, Python, Bash ).
- Knowledge of networking and security best practices in Azure.
