The role : As a receptionist, you'll be the friendly face and welcoming voice that sets the tone for everyone who walks through the door or calls in.
Your primary role is to create a positive first impression by greeting visitors, clients, and callers with warmth and professionalism.
You'll be the go-to person for directing people to the right departments, answering questions, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
You'll also take charge of managing appointments, schedules, and reservations, keeping the office organized and on track.
Beyond that, you'll help with vital administrative tasks, like sorting mail, managing office supplies, and even lending a hand with basic bookkeeping.
