IT Support Engineer (Tier 1)

What you will be doing :

• Administer / support MS Active Directory and / or Entra ID including creating amending and deleting user accounts.
• Supporting end-user devices (laptops desktops printers mobile devices) operating systems and Office 365 apps.
• Troubleshoot networking and security issues.
• Monitor investigate and remediate security threats.
• Support anti-virus and security solutions.
• Configure administer and troubleshoot Office 365 services (Exchange Teams SharePoint Online OneDrive and Intune)
• Resolve service requests in adherence to SLAs.
• Provide escalated support to IT Administrators.
• Support voice applications video conferencing and biometric access control equipment.
• Attend meetings and maintain accurate documentation.

What our client is looking for :

MCP / A / N / M365 Certified Administrator or equivalent

Experience in desktop support / Tier 1 IT Support Engineer

Experience with Office 365 and Azure installation and support and installing and troubleshooting laptops desktops printers and mobile devices.
