Role Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field (postgraduate advantageous).
  • 1015 years HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role within the fuel / retail / QSR sector (non-negotiable).
  • Proven ability to manage HR across a workforce of 4,000+ employees.
  • Strong expertise in labour relations, B-BBEE, and Employment Equity.
  • ERP / HRIS systems experience and advanced HR reporting capability.
  • Advantageous : experience in petroleum or convenience retail.
