Sentrics is a U.S.-based senior living technology company formed by merging five businesses including Jerrys former company (ESCO Technologies). Their offerings include Nurse Call Systems TV solutions and Wi-Fi. The company is now focused on maximizing cross-sell potential and revenue expansion through existing relationships. Culture is outcome-driven but with a strong emphasis on trust and relationship-building especially with older clientele.

ROLE OVERVIEW

Sales Development Representative (SDR) x3

  • Time Zone : U.S. hours (EST / CST)
  • Start Date : Pending CEO approval
  • Employment Model : Undecided (Direct Hire or Talent on Demand)
  • Hours : Full-time
  • Focus : Appointment setting only no closing

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calling to 5000 existing customers
  • Follow up on email marketing campaigns
  • Set high-quality pitched appointments for Jerry or other internal closers
  • Update CRM (Salesforce) and track prospect data and activity
  • Handle objections confidently and professionally
  • Introduce and educate customers on additional services (Wi-Fi TV Nurse Call)
  • Hard Skills Required

  • Proven outbound calling and appointment-setting experience
  • CRM usage (Salesforce)
  • Fluent English with clear neutral accent
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn company product suite
  • Soft Skills Required

  • High work ethic consistent dials and follow-through
  • Strong critical thinking and objection handling
  • Self-motivated no micromanagement required
  • Clear communicator especially with a senior-aged clientele
  • BUDGET & COMPENSATION

    Target monthly salary : $1000$1300 USD per SDR

    Commission structure : Incentives for : Will be discussed later in the process - looking at appointments that turn into sales

    LOCATION & ACCENT PREFERENCE

  • South Africa strongly preferred for SDRs
  • Clear neutral accent
  • Strong performance culture
  • Familiarity with outbound U.S. sales cycles
  • CLIENT EXPECTATIONS & STYLE

  • self-starters who dont need micromanagement
  • SDRs must be resilient confident and high-volume dialers
  • Communication must be clear and client-friendly as they serve senior living communities
  • Performance and fit will determine longer-term expansion of this SDR function
  • Commission should reward quality not just quantity appointments must pitch and lead to revenue
