Minimum Qualification :
National Diploma in Human Resources Management or other relevant qualificationExperience
Minimum of 5–7 Years full HR Generalist related experience (Full cycle of HR) preferably from Automotive Manufacturing environmentExperience with Bargaining Council’s, preferably MIBCOSound understanding of HR related legislationEssential Duties and Responsibilities :
Responsible for Recruitment and Selection of employees in accordance with internal policies and / or legislationHR administration for overall employee life cycle, including Payroll administration, Onboarding, Benefit administration, employment equity etc.Foster sound Employee relations practicesCoordinate and administer Employment Equity activitiesParticipate in various HR related initiatives and projectsIdentify and report on HR related matters to ensure that risks are identified and mitigatedAdvise and support the business on various HR related mattersParticipate in process improvements and general continuous improvement initiativesHR reporting including supporting with SETA, BBBEE, EE and various ad hoc reportingChampion the HR information and data and ensure accuracy and integrity of dataProvide advice and support to the business on various HR related mattersHandle various HR related queriesHuman Resources jobs
