Schedule
Monday to Friday from 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 30 PM PST (USA)
Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to two legal staff members
- Downloading and organizing legal documents
- Managing calendars and scheduling
- Assisting with intake when coverage is needed
- Maintaining and updating CRM records
- Handling e-filing of legal documents
Qualifications
At least one to two years of experience in a legal or administrative support role preferredFamiliarity with CRM systems and project management toolsComfortable using AI tools like ChatGPTStrong organizational and communication skillsDetail-oriented and resourcefulProfessional and proactiveFriendly and willing to learnReliable computer setup (laptop / PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)Quiet, distraction-free remote work environmentBenefits
