Job Duties :
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Contribute to building a strong and cohesive culture and work environment
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programmes
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Support current and future business needs through the recruitment, development, engagement and motivation of talent
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the business
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fieldProven work experience as an HR ManagerDemonstrable experience with human resources metricsKnowledge of HR systems and databasesAbility to architect strategy along with leadership skillsEducation :
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources or related field
Experience :
Proven work experience as an HR Manager with a strong coaching apporach
Knowledge and Skills :
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skillsCompetence to build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the companyIn-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practisesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsPeople-oriented and results-drivenExperience working in the Travel, Leisure, Tourism, or Hospitality industryWorking Conditions :
