Project Manager

Oversee full-cycle HVAC project delivery

Develop and manage detailed project schedules, timelines, and deliverablesCoordinate internal teams, subcontractors, materials, and on-site activities

Prepare, manage, and monitor project budgets and cost performance

Support pricing of variations, manage claims, and identify commercial risks

Collaborate with the Head of Projects to ensure financial targets and profitability are achieved

Accurately interpret HVAC technical drawings, specifications, and designs

Conduct on-site inspections to ensure installation quality and compliance

Communicate with consultants and clients for approvals, inspections, and commissioning

Provide timely updates on project progress, financials, and risk assessments

Maintain all project documentation, including site instructions and QA checklists

Lead project meetings and ensure all closeout documentation is completed and submitted

Skills & Experience :

Minimum of 5 years' proven experience managing HVAC project delivery

Strong knowledge of mechanical drawings, installation techniques, and system commissioning

Excellent organisational, coordination, and communication abilities

Well-versed in SANS regulations, OEM standards, and best practices for HVAC installations

Relevant trade qualification or a diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Project Management
