Job descriptionExperience in construction, engineering, or energy sectors is highly desirable Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, monitoring systems, and associated equipment Familiarity with relevant safety and environmental regulations, industry standards, and best practices Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues, optimise system performance, and troubleshoot problems Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders Salary : R300K / yr - R420K / yr, negotiable Our client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience Paid Time Off
