Purpose of Role :
The key expectation from the role is to provide vision and direction for achieving the desired objectives in South Africa. The person should be able to provide strategic and tactical marketing (market penetration, segmentation, and commercialization and launches) to enhance brand equity, the OEM and its products. This individual must be a thought leader who performs independently and has demonstrated the ability to effectively interact and influence all levels of organizations (brands Dealers and Customer including theCEO and other DHs of the company. This individual will collaborate with the business development and commercial sales teams and will interact globally.Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or SlaesMBA Advantage5 years OEM Commercial Marketing Management ExperienceStrong knowledge of product positioning, consumer trend analysis, capaign planning, development and execution as well as Strong project management abilityProficient understanding and experience in digital marketing and related platformsStrong financial acumen and experience of cost optimization through ROI metric measurementsSales / Retail / Business Development jobs
