Assistant Factory Manager (Refrigeration)

Assist the Factory Manager in all aspects of refrigeration production, including overseeing the production line and ensuring quality. Help set up and maintain production machines, monitor mechanical and electrical systems, and support new product development. Provide practical training in brazing, gas welding, and refrigeration electronics, and assist with setting up a testing lab for fridge design and innovation.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Minimum 57 years factory management experience in refrigeration or a similar manufacturing environment.
• Technical background in refrigeration, electronics, and mechanical systems.
• Proficient in setting up and maintaining production machinery.
• Knowledge of brazing, gas welding, and staff training techniques.
• Post-Matric qualification in refrigeration, engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
