Job descriptionMaintain the General Ledger and ensure accurate reconciliations. Manage the month-end and year-end close process and support audits. Keep the Fixed Asset Register up to date. Oversee the cashbook and payment processes . Reconcile intercompany loans and transactions . Handle VAT & PAYE reconciliations . Compile and present monthly financial reports to management. Improve and document business processes and internal controls . Contribute to the evolution of accounting systems and best practices. Completed articles with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Caseware (essential). Experience with SAGE (especially SAGE Intacct) is advantageous. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , with a sharp eye for detail. Ability to manage multiple project deadlines in a fast-paced environment . Advanced Excel skills and comfort with accounting software. A team player with strong written and verbal communication skills.
