We are looking for a dynamic Salesforce Business Analyst who will act as the bridge between our clients business goals and our technical teams. If you are passionate about turning business needs into Salesforce-driven solutions, this role is for you.

Requirements :

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Business Analyst certifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and functionalities
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Good communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities :

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements

Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce solutions

Create and deliver reports and dashboards to support business decision-making

Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionality

Participate in testing and quality assurance of Salesforce applications
