Lead & Manage Your Team
- Oversee supervisors, setters, and operators across multiple shifts.
- Build a culture of accountability, skills development, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and empower your team to deliver consistent performance.
Drive Production & Operations
Plan and control production schedules to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.Monitor workflow, resources, and equipment utilization across shifts.Implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime.Ensure Quality & Compliance
Maintain strict adherence to quality standards, tight tolerances, and zero-defect production.Work closely with quality, maintenance, and planning teams to resolve operational challenges.Operational Excellence
Apply Lean Manufacturing, 6S, and other best practices to improve OEE, reduce scrap, and maximize productivity.Analyze key metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement data-driven solutions.Reporting & Collaboration
Provide regular updates to senior management on performance, challenges, and improvement initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous process enhancements.Education :
National Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering, or trade-tested artisan with significant management experience.
Experience :
810 years in CNC / manual machining environments (close-tolerance machining required).35 years in a management or leadership role, overseeing production teams.CNC programming & troubleshooting experience (FANUC, Siemens, Mitsubishi).Strong knowledge of technical drawing interpretation and CAD models.Hands-on experience with ERP / MRP systems, production planning, and cost control.Proven leadership and people management ability for large, multi-shift teams.Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and operational oversight.Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, 6S, and continuous improvement practices.Excellent communication, collaboration, and reporting skills.
