SUMMARY :

Join a manufacturing team as a Human Resource Business Partner in Gauteng!

Responsibilities

  • Manage HR functions including industrial relations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
  • Leverage expertise in labour law, conflict resolution, and HR systems to ensure fair workplace practices, strong employee relations, and efficient HR operations across the business.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years’ experience.
  • Degree in Human Resource Management or Industrial Relations.
  • Solid knowledge of South African labour legislation and best practices.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills; ability to work well with people at all levels.
