About The Role

The Business Analyst role is a critical position within the purpose lending space of the organization, responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to support the delivery of new products and enhancements. The individual in this role will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into detailed requirement specifications, and collaborate with developers, testers, and other team members to ensure accurate implementation. Additionally, the Business Analyst will manage the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) within the delivery component, review test plans, validate test results, and ensure timely and effective project delivery.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Preferably a minimum of three years of experience in business analysis, with a strong emphasis on analytical skills and independent problem-solving.
• Experience in finance or credit is highly preferred, though not strictly required if the candidate has strong analytical skills and can adapt quickly.
• A diploma or certificate in business analysis is preferred
• Strong communication skills to effectively gather and verify requirements from stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to create comprehensive requirement specifications and ensure thorough testing and validation.
