Architects & Interior Designers - Remote (South African Candidates Only)

Job Description :

We are a dynamic Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) firm specializing in high-end UK projects. We are expanding our remote team and seeking experienced South African architects and designers with strong expertise in UK Interior Design (ID) packages , drafting, and permit approvals.

Positions Available :

Architects & Interior Designers Experienced in UK ID packages, drafting, and permit approval drawings.
Senior Architect Interiors Lead A leadership role for an architect with exceptional interior detailing experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop UK-compliant ID packages (interior design drawing sets for permit approvals).

Produce high-quality technical drawings, layouts, and construction documentation .

Collaborate with UK-based clients, consultants, and project managers.

Ensure designs meet UK building regulations, standards, and client requirements .

Work efficiently in a remote environment with a focus on detail and accuracy.

Oversee and lead the interior architecture team, ensuring project success.

Guide and mentor architects and designers on best practices for UK ID packages .

Ensure compliance with UK interior design and architectural standards .

Work closely with clients and stakeholders to refine and develop design concepts.

Review and approve technical drawings and permit submissions.

Requirements & Qualifications :

South African citizens only (must have UK project experience).

10+ years of post-graduate experience in architecture or interior design.

Proven expertise in UK interior design packages (ID packages) and permit drawings.

Senior Architect role : Leadership experience in interior-focused architecture .

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite . Knowledge of UK building regulations, planning policies, and construction standards .

Ability to work remotely and collaborate with an international team. Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead or work within a team .
